Do you service my area?

We service all suburbs in Canberra, ACT.

How do I make a booking?

Got to our booking page and complete your details, property address and date and time. Your booking is confirmed, nothing else to do.

CONDITION REPORTS

How long does it take to receive the report?

Our process is one of a kind so we can see properties and action the report within 48 hours from collecting the keys, ready for your new tenant’s lease signing.

I have an urgent condition report, can you do it?

We will make every effort to accommodate your report. Go to our contact page and select I have an urgent report and our staff will phone you to book in.

Can you use our property management software?

Yes, we can use most main stream software on your account for our membership packages. For one off bookings, we use our own software.

I want to outsource all my reports, is there discounts available?

Yes, if you want to outsource all your reports, please go to contact page. We have packages that give you up to 25% discount, priority bookings and faster delivery.

Can you do furnished properties?

Yes, please select furnished on the booking form. We record all furnished items on a separate document with serial numbers. This way if the property becomes unfurnished in the future, you can simply remove those pages.

I have a report and just need photos?

If you want to update your own report, and just require photos. You can book in a PCR reshoot on our booking page.

How do you get the keys?

The day before or on the day of the inspection we will collect the office set of keys from your agency. We will return to your office after completing or the following business day.

How do I change my credit card?

Log in to your account, then click the drop-down menu from the top and select “Billing Info”. On this page select “Add Credit Card”. *Note please select the new card as default

How do I change my password

Can I trust my property management professional?

Yes. Our team are qualified, trained and police checked. All reports are quality checked before being sent to your office.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If there are any issues at your inspection, our team will phone you and let you know.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes – Little Miss Agent will never see your card details. Our client’s payment details are kept with Stripe who use 256-bit SSL encryption

ROUTINE INSPECTIONS

How long does it take to receive the report?

Our process is one of a kind so we can attend properties and action the routine inspection report within 3 business days.

I want to outsource all my reports, is there discounts available?

Yes, if you want to outsource all your reports, please go to contact page. We have packages that give you up to 20% discount and priority bookings.

Can you use our property management software?

Yes, we can use most main stream software on your account for our membership packages if you prefer. For one off bookings, we use our own software.

Do we still need to send the letters to tenants?

No. Little Miss Agent handles all of this for you. The process for us to take care of the inspections on your behalf is easy. Your office downloads into excel a list of properties you want us to book in. We prepare a schedule and email for your approval. Once approved, we send the letters to your tenants. We will send them SMS the day before of the inspection to remind them.

How do I receive the reports?

If we are using our software, they will all be named and added to your dropbox link. If we are using your software, it depends on your software process.
